"I cannot do all the good that the world needs. But the world needs all the good that I can do."
- Jana Stanfield

Jill Moses is a 15-year special education teacher. In 2007, as a Special Education Itinerant Teacher (SEIT), she fell in love with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and serving the autistic community. In 2010, she began teaching with the New York City Department of Education, working in District 75; serving NYC's children with the highest need. In 2015, she became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and New York Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBA). In 2019, she was asked to be the Clinical & Educational Director of a new Early Intervention center in the Bronx. In September 2021, after 11 years of teaching, 6 years of supervising in-home therapy, and having two of her own children of her own, she started The Inspired Community Project, a nonprofit early intervention and workforce development research organization working to bring education equity to the Bronx and beyond.

After over a decade of providing special education services across different zip codes throughout New York City and seeing the major disparity in quality and quantity of services; I knew what I had to do. I believe that equity in education is a fundamental human right and the disparity in access, resources, and quality, can be course-corrected if we put people and community first.
